5 Quick Tips On How To Lose Weight

1) As soon as you rise eat a good solid breakfast that is not loaded with a bunch of processed carbs like cereal, pancakes, biscuits and toast but instead quality protein and some fat. For example 2-3 soft boiled eggs with some avocado. You can also add some veggies on this like mushrooms or broccoli. If this is not enough add in some berries or an apple.

2) Avoid grains of all kinds, this includes wheat, corn, rye, oats, spelt, rice and foods rich in them like bread, tortillas, crackers, pasta, cereals, beer etc…(cutting these will really help the weight begin to drop)

3) Increase your intake of vegetables and some fruits. Vegetables can be consumed unlimited except potatoes, carrots and peas. Limit these. As for fruits, limit them to a couple servings per day choosing the ones lower in sugar and higher in antioxidants such as apples and berries. For weight loss purposes try to avoid mangos, bananas, papaya and pineapple. The more tropical fruits.

4) Avoid sauces and dressings that are high in sugar and gluten such as ketchup, bbq sauce, soy sauce, all salad dressings except oil and balsamic vinegar

5) Drink plenty of water and avoid all other beverages except green tea if you feel ok after consuming it. Remember it takes a hydrated body to be able to burn fat.
